Blue Room

1 Queen Bed or 2 Twin Beds on request plus 1 or 2 extra beds.

The room may guests maximum 4 adults (2 beds and 1 double pullout sofa bed). With its tall casement windows, and multiple layers of elegant draperies and sheers, the blue room is airy and spacious. The room looks out on a quiet internal courtyard of the palazzo. Peaceful and welcoming, the bedspreads, pillows and sofa are all a beautiful shade of sapphire blue. The furniture is in walnut, with oak parquet floors and the room is punctuated by several paintings personally selected by the owner Fabrizio Quericioli, an avid collector. The room has luxurious modern private bathroom (with large bathtub), heating, air conditioning, hair-dryer, mini bar, TV, phone and courtesy set. This is a spacious room (325 square feet).

Check-in Check-out

The check-in is available daily from 12:00pm service. After 1:00pm you can access the hotel using an automatic entry system. If you have any problems you can contact the property by calling +39-055-216402 available until 10:00pm. In case of early check in from 8am (not before) to 12pm you can access to the room if it is available, in case not, you can leave your luggage in our storage for free. There is a bathroom for our guests.

Check-out service is made from 10:30am to 11:00am. After this time you can leave your luggage in our storage for free. There is a bathroom for our guests departing. In case of late check-out, rate is € 50,00: the room is left available for customer beyond normal hours for check-out service. On departure day the daily cleaning will not made in the room. Otherwise the room will have to be left free no later than 7pm.
